Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cubby, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Beta Program

Cubby is currently in beta. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We may also reset data or terminate the beta program with reasonable notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Gmail Access

Cubby requests read-only access to your Gmail account to import and process transactional emails. You can revoke this access at any time. We will not modify, delete, or send emails on your behalf.

Intellectual Property

Your email content remains yours. By using Cubby, you grant us a limited license to process your emails for the purpose of generating Smart Briefs. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Limitations

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service, use it to send spam or malicious content, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service in any way that could damage or impair it.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
